Schedule of fees and expenses for CACAP nomination and appointment services.
CACAP charges fees for the nomination and appointment services provided. These fees cover the Centre's administrative costs in identifying, conducting conflict checks, and appointing qualified neutrals.
Indicative Centre fees are set out below. These figures are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the nomination request.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. For a detailed fee proposal tailored to your specific requirements, please contact the Centre.
The fees charged by the appointed neutral are separately negotiated and agreed directly between the neutral and the parties. These fees are determined by the neutral's experience, the complexity of the matter, and the time required.
CACAP does not receive any portion of the neutral's fees. Arrangements regarding the neutral's fees, payment terms, and any retainers are entirely a matter for negotiation between the parties and the neutral.
Where parties request additional administrative support beyond the nomination service (such as assistance with procedural matters or post-appointment issues), additional fees may be charged at CACAP's then-current rates for such services.
The neutral's reasonable travel expenses, accommodation, meals, and other reimbursable expenses incurred in conducting proceedings are the responsibility of the parties. These expenses are separately agreed between the parties and the neutral and are not included in the Centre fees.
All fees charged by the Centre are exclusive of any applicable goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes. Where applicable, tax will be added to Centre fees at the rate required by law in the relevant jurisdiction.
CACAP may require deposits or advance payments of fees to be made prior to or during the nomination and appointment process. Specific payment terms will be advised to parties upon submission of a nomination request.
Centre fees and payment terms are governed by CACAP's standard Service Agreement, which is provided to parties upon nomination request. The Service Agreement sets out the full terms and conditions of the Centre's services.
CACAP reserves the right to amend its fee schedule and terms from time to time. Notice of fee amendments will be provided to parties in advance where practicable.
